Responsibilities
- Own design and delivery of consumer-scale services for recommendations, search, feed ranking, and notifications
- Collaborate with applied scientists to integrate ML models into robust production systems
- Architect for reliability, scalability, and performance at tens of millions of daily users
- Lead hiring, mentorship, career development, and performance management for engineers
- Drive cross-functional partnerships to embed discovery capabilities across Twitch products
- Define technical roadmap, prioritize work, and ensure high-quality delivery
Education
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience
