Responsibilities
- Provide strategic account support and assist sales with administrative tasks, quotations, and record management.
- Act as primary client contact to build relationships, respond to inquiries, and monitor customer health through onboarding.
- Create, maintain, and communicate dashboards and reports for internal teams and external customers.
- Track post-order status in the production pipeline and proactively update stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Commercial Ops, Global Support) and manage cross-functional initiatives.
- Use CRM to document interactions, manage pipeline data, and generate sales/performance reports.
- Support ad hoc projects including configuring contracts and discount pricing.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science) preferred
- Relevant on-the-job experience in sales, account management, customer success, or client relations (2-4 years)
