Responsibilities: Conduct engaging tutoring sessions, develop tailored lesson plans based on IEPs, track student progress, collaborate with parents and teachers, and foster a supportive learning environment.
Skills: Experience working with students with special needs, strong communication skills, ability to develop personalized lesson plans, and fluency in Spanish preferred.
Qualifications: Must be enrolled in college or have completed an AA, BA, or higher; previous experience with special needs students is highly preferred.
