Turning Point Global Solutions LLC (TurningPoint) is seeking a Telecom Wireless Analyst to support enterprise wireless telecom operations for our federal government client. The Telecom Wireless Analyst will be responsible for managing wireless service requests, monitoring usage and costs, and ensuring efficient delivery of mobility services across the organization.
This mid-level role is well-suited for candidates with hands-on experience in telecom/wireless service management, wireless carrier coordination, and data analysis to support enterprise mobility programs.
Location: TurningPoint headquarters in Rockville, MD with hybrid option.
What You’ll Do
As a Telecom Wireless Analyst, you will:
•Process wireless service requests, including activations, upgrades, disconnects, and device replacements using TurningPoint’s commercial software.
•Manage mobility assets and inventory, ensuring accuracy of device assignments, numbers, and service plans.
•Monitor wireless usage, identify cost-savings opportunities, and recommend plan optimization.
•Coordinate with wireless carriers to resolve service, billing, and provisioning issues.
•Validate and reconcile monthly carrier invoices, escalating discrepancies and tracking resolution.
•Maintain accurate records in TurningPoint’s commercial TEMS software.
•Provide reporting and analytics on wireless usage, costs, and trends for management review.
•Support mobility security and compliance standards (device encryption, policies, and MDM as applicable).
•Assist with special projects such as migrations, contract transitions, or large-scale deployments.
What We’re Looking For
•Minimum of three (3) years of experience in telecom/wireless service management, provisioning, or telecom expense analysis.
•Familiarity with wireless carriers, plans, and devices (smartphones, tablets, MiFi, IoT).
•Experience working with TEMS (Telecom Expense Management Systems) or mobility management platforms is a plus.
•Strong Excel/data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and cost drivers.
•Excellent communication and vendor relationship management skills.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
•Prior experience supporting federal government telecom or enterprise mobility programs.
•Experience managing large wireless accounts.
•Ability to work with multiple cross functional teams.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000. This range is a general guideline only as compensation decisions are based on relevant experience and educational qualifications.
