We’re looking for an AI Engineer to help build scalable AI-powered systems using Large Language Models (LLMs) for document understanding, retrieval-augmented generation, and intelligent classification tasks. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on shipping real-world AI applications, collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and product teams, and applying state-of-the-art NLP techniques to practical use cases. You’ll play a key part in designing and optimizing LLM pipelines that drive smarter workflows, improve automation, and enhance the customer experience.
Design and implement systems that integrate LLMs into production environments (e.g., summarization, classification, RAG pipelines).
Fine-tune or adapt foundation models to suit domain-specific use cases.
Build and maintain prompt-based and retrieval-augmented workflows to improve accuracy and context.
Evaluate and benchmark LLM performance on custom tasks and datasets.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build end-user features powered by AI.
Monitor and optimize inference performance, latency, and cost.
Stay current with the latest in NLP research, tooling, and model architectures.
3+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 1 year of hands-on work with LLMs.
Proficiency in Python and experience integrating models via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).
Understanding of embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval techniques.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and fine-tuning practices.
Demonstrated experience contributing to deployed AI-powered products or internal tools.
