The Principal .Net Engineer plays a pivotal role in enhancing existing web applications and developing new ones that support mission-critical business processes. This position is responsible for building scalable, reliable, and secure systems that directly impact both customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindset, working closely with project managers, designers, and engineers while maintaining independence and ownership of deliverables.
Design, develop, and enhance web applications using .Net frameworks and RESTful APIs.
Build scalable, secure, and maintainable back-end solutions following best coding practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Support front-end integration and conduct peer code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and security, leveraging microservices and containerization.
10+ years of experience in .Net development, with strong proficiency in .Net Core 8/9 and C# 12/13.
Expertise in building RESTful APIs, using Entity Framework Core, and working with PostgreSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with Docker, containerized microservices, and task schedulers (e.g., Hangfire).
Knowledge of dependency injection, configuration management, and unit testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit).
Strong English communication skills and a self-driven, results-oriented mindset with focus on clean code.
