Senior Software Engineer
Skills
- Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Node.js
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures
- Practical AI/ML experience using Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and working with relational and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, automated testing and observability
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and scalable system design skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and mentoring ability
Responsibilities
- Drive system architecture decisions to align technical direction with business goals
- Write, review, and maintain clean, efficient, and testable code
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Break down complex tasks and coordinate work across team members
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues and participate in on-call rotation
- Improve CI/CD, automated testing, and overall DevOps practices
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Equivalent practical experience in software engineering accepted
- Continued learning background in AI/ML, cloud, or distributed systems is a plus
