Great people to work with, culture was high‑energy and supportive. But pay felt low for the hours and some projects were tight AF that stretched into late nights.

Remote flexibility is real (love the hybrid setup they rolled out in Bristol) and Fridays are laid back. Still promotions are rare and pay isn’t keeping pace with other agencies.
