What's The Role?
At ThoughtSpot, we’re on a mission to make data accessible and actionable for every person. We’re looking for a hands-on Integrated Visual Designer to help bring our evolving brand to life across every touchpoint: web, social, campaigns, content, presentations, and events.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership to craft visuals that are compelling, consistent, and category-defining. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth, design-forward team and help shape the future of a leading AI-powered analytics brand.
What You’ll Do
• Design high-impact visuals across marketing channels including presentations, ads, ebooks, emails, social media, web, event signage, and more..
• Develop and maintain branded templates and scalable design systems for internal and external use
• Partner with writers, product marketers, and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns and creative concepts to life
• Help evolve our visual identity with a sharp eye for consistency and craft
• Manage and organize asset libraries for efficiency and reuse
• Balance fast-paced production needs with conceptual and strategic design work
What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in visual, brand, or integrated design (in-house preferred)
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social media, and brand design systems
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent sense of typography, layout, color, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and marketing funnel thinking
• Self-starter attitude: resourceful, iterative, and collaborative
• Growth mindset and curiosity toward GenAI tools and emerging creative tech
• Bonus: experience with motion design, and GenAI tools like Runway, Descript, or ElevenLabs
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $per year in the San Francisco Bay Area. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location of the selected candidate.
