What you'll need
A Master’s degree in Counseling with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
Currently licensed as a Resident in Counseling and pursuing LPC licensure in Virginia
Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools
A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
