Whether you’re interested in early learning, elementary, middle or high school, you can invest in your community by working at a local school or working within our home office providing support!JOB SUMMARY: Reporting directly to the Director of Program Quality and Compliance, the Program Quality and Compliance Specialist ensures the successful implementation and integrity of our programs. This position is responsible for accurately tracking and analyzing program data to measure quality and adherence to program standards, and compliance with company policies. The Program Quality and Compliance Specialist is accountable for site observations, data collecting, analyzing program performance data, assessing core program metrics, and providing technical assistance and action plans in compliance standards. Using approved assessment tools and systems, the Program Quality and Compliance Specialist will conduct site visits to track and document site performance against quality compliance expectations. This position will create and share response plans based on the data collected and analysis of the data. This position is integral to maintaining program quality, compliance, and deliverables for driving continuous improvement and achieving program quality across the sites in the area. This position is expected to be in the field 85-90% of the time, ensuring that all programs in the area reach and sustain program quality and compliance standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership • Implement the assessment process using approved tools to evaluate and score site performance, measuring program quality and consistency of implementation. • Submits detailed reports and trend analyses on time to Regional Operations teams members including but not limited to Site Program Managers, Program Directors, and Executive Directors of Programs. • Strong partnership and collaboration with the Program Directors and other stakeholders to address program challenges and implement improvements by co-creating response plans based on data analytics. • Communicate effectively and immediately about program status, trends, and actionable insights. • Maintains a high-level of confidentiality and will not disclose any sensitive information or content related to staff, partners, program, students, families etc. • Ensure that all assessments are conducted fairly and equitably, treating all locations and staff with impartiality and respect. • Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity, ensuring that all data collected and reported is complete, accurate, and free from manipulation or withholding of information.

Quality • Ensures the implementation of the continuous quality improvement (CQI) process by conducting site visits and observations to a designated group of program sites in the area a minimum of 85% of their work time. • Monitors and assesses the success of the Think Together programs through site observation and tracking of performance. • Provides ongoing technical assistance supported with on-site strategy delivery and followup action plans for Program Directors. • Ensure implementation of a high-quality program incorporating Think Together-selected curricula, behavioral standards, policies, compliance standards, and procedures for ensuring quality content, student safety, and appropriate management practices. • Implements the organizations Core Program Assessment (CPA) process and system to designated group of program sites. • Conducts data reflection session with Program Directors and Site Program Managers. • Analyze collected data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Develop and implement strategic plans to address identified issues and enhance program effectiveness.

Compliance • Working on site a minimum of 85/15 with Site Program Managers to strengthen program quality and compliance vis site and observations. • Collaborates with Program Directors to ensure sites maintain Federal Program Monitoring (FPM) compliance deliverables; provides support to ensure a successful FPM result. • Ensures that Think Together Program Design, organization deliverables, and grant compliances are being met with integrity by all sites to meet organizational goals. • Accurately track, record and inform of program implementation data, including Assessment Tools, Site Observation Forms, and verification of compliance standards. • Ensure Regional Operations team members are informed and supported via strategic plans to ensure 100% ADA deliverables, to prevent any ADA reductions. • Facilitate minimum monthly Field Coaching sessions to provide on-site support and guidance to staff, ensuring adherence to program quality standards and best practices to achieve compliance standards. • Monitor program fidelity and implementation continuously, recommending and implementing improvements based on data and feedback. • Maintains a high-level of confidentiality and will not disclose any sensitive information or content related to staff, partners, program, students, families etc. • Assess, develop, and facilitate training based on current staff needs or trends. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree (BA) in education or related field • 3 years’ experience with assessments and data tracking • 3 years’ experience with data analytics and reporting on trends. • 3 years’ experience with creating action plans to address challenges or hot spots. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. COMPUTER SKILLS: • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams

COMPENSATION: $79,144 annually
