Wonderful Strategy Group (WSG) is a team of over 20 strategy professionals committed to delivering high-impact results for the businesses that make up The Wonderful Company portfolio of brands including POM Wonderful, Wonderful Pistachios, Wonderful Halos, FIJI Water, JUSTIN Wine, and Teleflora.
As a Manager, Strategy, you will independently drive complex, ambiguous, and high-impact initiatives from end to end, spanning strategic, commercial, operational, technological, and organizational topics. You will form robust partnerships with company leadership and C-level executives while also leading internal teams and mentoring junior team members to deliver exceptional results and shape the future of The Wonderful Company.
This role is based out of the Central Valley and will be onsite in the greater Bakersfield/Delano areas at least 3 days a week.
Travel Required: Occasional travel to Los Angeles, San Joaquin Valley (Kern, Kings, Tulare, Fresno Counties) Napa, Sonoma, and San Luis Obispo Counties.

Pay Range: $160,000 - $175,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
