The Assistant Media Planner will work closely with a seasoned, tight-knit, multi-platform planning and buying team to support the development, execution, and optimization of media campaigns. This role offers hands-on exposure to research, consumer insights, media strategy, and campaign management across all channels. Our in-house agency structure provides visibility into the full marketing funnel and the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally while working toward shared business goals.
This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
Research and analyze consumer behavior to uncover actionable insights
Monitor and interpret trends across the media landscape
Collaborate with internal and external teams to plan, execute, and manage campaigns across all media channels
Interact with global media partners and help build strong working relationships
Learn how to take campaigns from concept to execution, including the nuances of planning, negotiating, and stewarding media buys
Develop an understanding of industry standards, processes, emerging tools and platforms, and foundational negotiation tactics
Pay Rate: $30.00 an hour and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
