Treetop ABA is seeking a skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA, LBA) to join our Arizona-based team in a hybrid role. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely for documentation, planning, and family collaboration, combined with meaningful in-home sessions that allow you to make a direct impact on children and families.

Your Role as a BCBA
- Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and monitor client progress using data-driven strategies
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians in client homes
- Collaborate with families to ensure quality and consistency of care
- Complete documentation and planning tasks remotely
- Manage a balanced caseload that includes 3 evening cases (3 PM–8 PM)
- Stay current with ABA research, trends, and best practices
