We are seeking a Senior Membership Executive to join our leadership team and own the vision, strategy, and execution of our membership experience. This is a high-impact role with equity upside and a competitive salary, designed for an entrepreneurial operator who thrives at the intersection of community, lifestyle, and brand building.
At its core, this role is 80% about building and scaling the social fabric of The Athletic Clubs—expanding the organic community that already drives member loyalty and growth. The other 20% is partnerships that enhance that social engine: partnerships that bring value to members, create memorable events, and then secondarily generate sponsorship revenue.
You’ll scale our membership portal, events, and partnerships to deepen engagement, while being at the tip of the spear for social-first, revenue-enhancing partner events that both elevate the brand and unlock new growth.
