Differentials: +$4.75/hr (Nights) | +$3.00/hr (Weekends) | +$2.00/hr (National Certification)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights)
Relocation: Up to $5,000 with approval
Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a Progressive Care Trauma RN to join our team near Sarasota, FL. This position provides advanced nursing care to trauma step-down patients with complex medical and surgical needs. Nurses in this unit enjoy hands-on training, ICU cross-training opportunities, and career advancement in a supportive culture.
Responsibilities
Provide specialized nursing care to progressive trauma patients.
Perform frequent assessments, administer medications, and maintain accurate documentation.
Respond to changes in patient condition with strong critical thinking.
Work collaboratively with physicians and allied health professionals.
Participate in quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives.
Qualifications
Current RN license (Florida or Compact).
ADN/Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
BLS required; ACLS within 6 months.
At least 1 year of RN experience (hospital, LTACH, rehab, or home health considered).
