Pay Range: $30.60 – $45.90/hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials: $4.25/hr (nights), $2.00/hr (weekends)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced Emergency Department. This role is ideal for critical thinkers with strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered emergency care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely, evidence-based emergency care to diverse patient populations.
Monitor vital signs, interpret diagnostic tests, and administer medications.
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes with accuracy.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams on patient plans.
Support discharge planning and provide patient/family education.
Maintain equipment, uphold infection control, and adhere to safety standards.
Contribute to department goals, performance improvement, and teamwork initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
Active RN license (Florida or Compact; FL license within 90 days if Compact).
Experience: 1+ year of recent acute care ER experience required.
Certifications:
BLS & ACLS (within 30 days of hire)
PALS (within 30 days of hire)
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
