company means well but changes direction every few months. whiplash is real.

Benefits are solid. Career growth is kinda murky. You really have to push for it yourself.

They invest in people and training. Sometimes decision-making is slow, but at least they try to do it right.

i get along with my boss, my team, and even the folks in other departments. it’s not perfect, but it’s close.
