Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the seamless day-to-day operations and workflows of the Energy and Mobility Solutions unit.
- Guide, hire, and nurture top-tier operational personnel, collaborating closely with senior leadership.
- Champion operational excellence by recommending and integrating cutting-edge processes, technologies, and systems.
- Align departmental decisions with TechFlow's overarching vision and business plan.
- Deliver performance metrics and reports to company leadership, ensuring transparency and progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technically related field; master’s degree is a plus.
- 10+ years in energy and mobility with 5 years in a pivotal operational management role.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership and supervisory acumen.
- Proficient understanding of operations best practices.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% within the United States
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
