Rehab Program Manager (PT, PTA, OTR, COTA or SLP) - Full Time
Overview
Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Phoebe Richland Health Care Center (Richlandtown, PA) is seeking its next employee-owner.
Please note that this position will be hiring for projected November 1st start date or later.
Responsibilities
As a Director of Rehab (Program Manager), you will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.
Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA, OTR or COTA Only)
- Hold a valid state license.
- Must have at least 2 years of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
- Previous experience as a DOR, Assistant DOR or Lead Therapist preferred
- Nethealth proficiency
