Skills: 2-4 years in lifecycle or CRM marketing, expertise in HubSpot, strong analytical abilities, and skills in audience segmentation and personalization.
Qualifications: Experience in EdTech or subscription marketing is preferred; copywriting skills are a plus.
Location: Remote
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $65,000 - $90,000.

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to play a key role in driving new enrollments and engaging our students through thoughtful, data-informed communications.

You’ll help shape how we nurture prospective and current students, from their first interaction with StraighterLine to course completion and beyond. You’ll design and execute campaigns that guide leads through the enrollment journey and keep students engaged after they join.
