In this senior analyst position, you will primarily provide technical expertise for the level 2 application support team along with proactive application/database monitoring and issue resolution.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our web applications using your extensive knowledge of co-located and cloud environments and will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and delivering best-in-class client experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and previous experience of web application support using Microsoft technologies (IIS/MSSQL) and a proven track record of successful operation within technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
