Are you motivated, energetic and connected with clients, contractors and subconsultants in the A/E/C industry? Is your passion for Water Resources and Transportation projects contagious? Is work/life balance important to you? If this describes you, we are looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Drainage Engineer, Drainage Lead in our Chicago, Illinois office. You will provide engineering expertise on a variety of infrastructure projects, including transportation, storm water, and civil site design projects.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and provide technical guidance on Stanley's transportation projects, mentor junior staff, engage in professional organizations and technical committees, and help foster collaboration and growth within our Chicago office.
Stanley’s Approach to Flexibility
While some members choose to work out of their local office on a full-time basis, we offer a hybrid schedule for eligible positions consisting of two days a week in the office, two days a week remotely, and Friday being a flexible day that can be worked either in the office or at home. Eligible roles can also offer a compressed workweek schedule. Members who participate will be assigned a 9/80 work schedule, meaning every other Friday off!
