JOB SUMMARY

The CHARIOT (Childhood Anxiety Reduction through Innovation and Technology) Program offers several positions (Chariot.stanfordchildrens.org). The role of the Chariot assistant position is to assist in maintenance of par levels of headsets throughout the hospital, clean and inventory equipment, ensure hardware is clean, ensure software is up to date on the hardware, participate and help the program coordinator plan hospital programs that feature the chariot program, assist the chariot child life specialist, assist the chariot educational technology coordinator, assist research coordinators with data collection.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the hospital's policies and procedures, including its Service Standards and its Code of Conduct.
* Participate in Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved research studies to collect data.
* Assists with the development of documents that articulate the role of the Chariot Program within the hospital and how to utilize its services.
* Collaborates with Chariot team members (Chariot Child life specialist, physical therapist, education technology coordinator, research coordinators) with administration of their initiatives (such as helping staff the Halloween booth, Volunteer services, aid educational initiatives with the LPCHS school.)
* Review levels of immersive technologies throughout the hospital and ensure appropriate levels.
* Help the Chariot Volunteers understand the flow and role of Chariot within the hospital.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Pay Range
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.
Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Minimum to Midpoint Range (Hourly): $29.90 to $39.59
