Online Community and Content Manager

Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.

As the Community and Content Manager, you are the face and voice of Paradigm, the online forum through which we connect and support non-profit partners. Every interaction you create will help nonprofit leaders feel not just like participants, but like valued members of a vibrant, mission-driven community.

  • Test and refine community engagement strategies to strengthen participation rates
  • Support virtual learning opportunities by helping design and execute community engagement focused sessions
  • Partner with internal teams to promote events and ensure high attendance and value for members
  • Bring feedback and ideas from the community into programming design
  • Track and analyze community engagement trends
  • Share member feedback with the Platform Coordinator and team to inform platform improvements
