What You Can Expect:
3 12 hours shifts/days with call requirements- (About 10 call shifts per month)
- General cases, c-sections, hysterectomies, hysteroscopy, Endoscopy, hernia, lap choles
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Licenses/Certifications: Current certification in one of the following:
- Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA);
- Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA) through the National Surgical Assistant Association (NSAA); or
- Surgical Assistant Certified (SA-C) through the American Board of Surgical Assistants (ABSA)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
