Responsible for coordinating the Stroke Program. Is an active participant in performance improvement data collection, activities, and functions to promote an integrated program in Stroke Programs, which ensures the provision of the highest quality of healthcare. Assists with the development and implementation of initiatives, policies and procedures, including staff education activities related to stroke care. Evaluates Stroke Program through the use of data capture, follow-up and trend analysis and presents findings to appropriate committees. Collaborates with multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services and systems/ performance measures for both the Risk and Stroke Programs.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $84,926.40.00 to $104,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
