Position Summary: 

We are seeking a Community Consultant II to join our Retail Implementation Team. The Community Consultant II will serve as a champion of Retail Onboarding success through leading the onboarding of the Retail partner and their trading partner community ensuring a world-class experience. We are looking for someone with a Get After It mentality who Leads the Way and is Obsessed with Customers. 

Key Responsibilities:   

• Serve as a trusted consultant to Community partners by sharing best practices, monitoring success, identifying risks, and providing data-driven recommendations.
• Act as a product expert across both Community and Retailer offerings to guide partner success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations, and make timely decisions that support strong partnerships.
• Oversee implementation project timelines, resolving scheduling issues and ensuring deadlines are met

Location:   

This role is hybrid in our Minneapolis office, the team is in-office 2 days per week. 

Required Qualifications:    

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer facing role as an account manager, program manager, project manager, business analyst or similar position. 
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more. 

The annual salary range for this role is: $62,100 - $93,100. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
