Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Data Engineers and Tech Leads focused on pipelines, warehousing, and platform development
- Define the long-term data engineering roadmap in partnership with Product, Analytics, and Infrastructure
- Establish goals, metrics, and accountability for delivery and operational health
- Foster engineering excellence, data quality, and cross-team collaboration
- Collaborate with senior engineers to shape technical strategy and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Champion best practices for code quality, scalability, and maintainability
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced degree (MS) in a related field preferred
