14The Role: Team Lead, Product Management
The Impact:
S&P Dow Jones Indices is seeking a Team Lead to join our Product Management organization. As Head of the Fixed Income Indices team, you will take the reins in shaping the future of S&P's global Fixed Income indices, including our industry-leading bond, loan, and municipal bond indices. Reporting directly to the Global Head of FICC Products, your role will be instrumental in driving product innovation and enhancing our market presence while aligning with client needs to maximize adoption.
We are seeking a high-energy, dynamic self-starter ready to lead the charge in expanding the market share of the iBoxx and S&P Bond and Loan index business amidst fierce competition. As a go-getter, you will also play a pivotal role in developing new fixed income asset classes for our index portfolio. S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 to $255,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus.
