Responsibilities: Engage with learners to advise on course selection, assist with transfer credit approval processes, and develop scalable systems and documentation for improved guidance.
Skills: Proficiency in advising, research on academic policies, CRM systems, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years in academic advising or student support; familiarity with credit transfer processes preferred.

As a Transfer Navigator, you will play a critical role in supporting prospective learners as they explore opportunities to take Sophia courses for college credit. You will provide personalized, accurate, and timely guidance about how Sophia Learning’s offerings align with their educational goals and how to successfully navigate the credit transfer process at their home institutions. This role bridges the gap between Sophia’s academic offerings and institutional transfer policies to help students make informed, confident decisions.
