Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric assessments, medication management, and evidence-based treatment to an outpatient caseload
- Maintain clinical autonomy over treatment decisions while coordinating with the medical director and peers
- Participate in weekly clinical office hours and peer consultation sessions
- Work with practice coaches to develop and maintain an ideal caseload and patient panel
- Document care accurately in the provided clinical systems and follow billing/credentialing protocols
- Offer services via office-based visits, telemedicine, or a hybrid schedule as determined by provider
Education
- PMHNP certification (MSN or DNP) or equivalent advanced nursing degree
- Active state APRN licensure in Massachusetts
- Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain as required)
