Skills
- Proficiency in system-level testing of physical devices
- Strong experience in automation scripting and testing tools (Python, PyTest, Playwright, Behave)
- Familiarity with Linux command line and shell scripting
- Experience with cloud platform QA in private and public cloud environments
- Strong networking and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Use of test tools such as Vector CANoe, VehicleSpy, PEAK, Spirent, IXIA
- Experience with JIRA, Jenkins or similar DevOps tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to define testing strategies for innovative projects
- Develop and execute detailed test plans using automation and manual testing
- Triage integration issues, replicate problems and assist with root cause analysis
- Escalate potential issues to Project Manager or Executive team
- Track and align testing activities across stakeholders
- Identify improvements in test coverage and methodology
- Act as release gatekeeper representing customer interests and providing feedback
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
