Insurance disappears in the summer break, so I end up COBRA’ing. Great experience, but some big gaps.

Started in recruiting, weekly pay was clutch and benefits were solid, but I was tied to school calendar. Summers = no pay, slow season = my wallet felt it.

Joined straight outta college as an account exec. Tons of support and friendly faces at HQ. But old-school leadership sometimes kills momentum.

Played both sides: contract work and recruiter. Culture’s decent, and they champion diversity. That said, promotions are murky unless you self-advocate hard.

As a school-based therapist, I avoided district drama but some placements fell through last minute.

Went through three recruiters before finding my placement. Once settled, clients were awesome and pay was fair. Just wish onboarding wasn’t so chaotic.

Love the mission and coworkers. But internal comms are weak
