- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and map them to OTM Cloud functionality.
- Configure OTM Cloud modules (Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Freight Payment, Rate Management).
- Prepare functional design, test cases, and lead UAT.
- Provide hypercare and production support post-implementation.
- Collaborate with technical teams for OTM-ERP and 3rd party integrations.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of overall experience, with minimum 2 OTM Cloud full-cycle implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge of Transportation Management, Logistics, Freight & Fleet Management.
- Good understanding of supply chain processes and OTM configuration.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
