Title and Registration Junior Project Manager - job 1 of 2

We are seeking a Title and Registration Junior Project Manager to join our team at SIXT! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the integration of new software and systems into our operations, ensuring seamless functionality and user adoption. This role has an impact on financial performance, fleet planning, and operations.  

 
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

• You work with the Senior Manager to assess the feasibility and impact of new systems on current operations and spearhead process improvement initiatives 

• You develop and produce analytical reports accurately and promptly to create consistent reports and insights on contract compliance, unit count accuracy, and fleet metrics 

• You define project scope, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the Senior Manager and project teams 

• You customize and configure software systems to align with the specific needs of the rental car business 

• You perform thorough testing of system integrations and resolve any technical issues promptly. Regularly review processes, data, and workflows to pinpoint improvement areas 

• You coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure successful implementation and support 

 
YOUR SKILLS MATTER  

• Experience You have 2 to 3 years of experience in Title and Registration as a Project Manager or Analyst 

• Education You have a bachelor's or associate degree (preferred) 

• Technical Proficiency You must be comfortable with pulling data from internal and external systems, compiling, and presenting data in an effective manner. You have functional knowledge and experience with reporting tools: Tableau preferred 

• Soft Skills You are a Problem-Solver: Excellent troubleshooting skills to address and resolve issues efficiently 

• Commitment to Excellence You have strong organizational skills: Ability to set priorities as well as handle multiple tasks
