It’s an exciting time to join us. SiaX has long been the agency behind some of the world’s biggest brands—now we’re expanding, becoming one of the most recognizable names for companies that demand bold, business-driving creative. We’re shaping SiaX into the go-to agency of the future. This is your chance to be part of that growth, working alongside top-tier creatives, consultants and agency leaders to continuously evolve what a modern, full-service agency can be. Opportunities like this don’t come around often—if you want in on the next level, this is it.
As a Marketing Operations and Strategy Manager, you’ll be a key partner to marketing leaders, connecting the dots across strategy, process, and execution. You’ll help build the operational foundation that enables marketing teams to run efficiently, scale smartly, and drive results.
This role is part strategist, part project manager, and part team leader. You’ll not only design systems and processes that support the work but also ensure that projects move forward on time and on budget, leading cross-functional workstreams and managing a team of 4–8 direct reports across various marketing functions.
In this role, you’ll translate high-level priorities into clear, actionable plans and well-structured documentation that align stakeholders and drive decision-making. You’ll design scalable processes, build dashboards and reporting frameworks, track performance against goals, and proactively identify areas for improvement. Whether defining new workflows, owning project timelines, or supporting resourcing strategies, your work will ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
You bring a sharp eye for detail, a knack for simplifying the complex, and a proactive mindset. You’re comfortable leading teams, managing multiple initiatives, and helping shape both the strategic direction and the operational execution of a modern marketing organization.
