Job Overview

The Corporate Manager of Clinical Service Line Program Development oversees the enterprise-wide strategy, design, implementation, and performance of clinical service line programs. This role partners with executive leadership, clinical directors, market teams, and external stakeholders to ensure programs meet quality, financial, regulatory, and access objectives. Responsibilities include developing business cases, financial models, governance structures, and operational pathways to support growth, integration, and alignment with Vision 2035.

 

This position can be worked on either a Hybrid or Remote basis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, launch, and evaluation of system-wide service line initiatives. - 20%
  • Partner with markets and corporate teams to set strategic goals and KPIs. - 15%
  • Conduct market analysis, financial feasibility, capacity planning, and volume forecasting. - 15%
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams in designing clinical pathways, operational models, and governance structures. - 15%
  • Track program performance, quality measures, financial outcomes, and access metrics. - 10%
  • Draft business plans, executive presentations, and board-level reports to support decision-making. - 10%
  • Cultivate external partnerships to expand service line reach and access. - 10%
  • Act as a subject matter expert and internal advisor on service line strategy. - 5%

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in healthcare service line development, program management, or strategic planning in a multi-site health system.
  • Strategic planning, financial modeling, and market analysis.
  • Program and project management, including governance and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management across clinical, operational, and executive levels.
  • Understanding of healthcare delivery models, clinical integration, regulatory standards, and quality frameworks.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority in a dyadic or matrixed structure.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience in a matrixed or integrated health system environment.
  • Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related discipline
  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP or FACHE certification.
