They do random perks like free lunch Fridays which is cool, but it’s not enough to make me feel “all in” on the company.

Good salary, solid health plan, and my team actually likes working together (no fake smiles here).

it’s not perfect but I feel like leadership genuinely cares. even sent me a hand-signed card when my kid was born.

It’s a mixed bag. One day you’re on something exciting, the next you’re doing spreadsheet cleanup for 5 hours straight.
