As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating engaging user interfaces and experiences for both web and mobile platforms. You will use your creativity and technical skills to develop prototypes, mockups, and proofs of concept, ensuring that all designs are user-friendly, visually appealing, and meet the project’s objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design and proficiency in design tools like Figma.

Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design & Prototyping:
Create visually engaging mockups and prototypes using Figma, ensuring that the user interface is intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.
Design web and mobile layouts, including wireframes, user flows, and interface components.
Develop and test interactive prototypes to validate design ideas and ensure usability across devices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Feedback:
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver on project goals.
Collaborate with teams to iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and testing results.
Assist in gathering user feedback through testing and implement improvements accordingly.
Product Design & User-Centered Focus:
Create user-centered designs that address user needs, focusing on providing seamless, intuitive experiences.
Contribute to the product design process, from ideation to execution, ensuring all designs are aligned with business objectives.
Work with the development team to ensure designs are properly implemented and optimized for performance.
Design Tools:
Be comfortable working with Framer to design marketing pages and web elements.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a cutting-edge approach to UI/UX design.
Qualifications:
Experience & Skills:
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch).
Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices, product design, and user-centered design principles.
Experience in creating interactive prototypes, wireframes, and user flows.
Experience using Framer for marketing page designs is a plus.
Understanding of Notion and design documentation is beneficial.
