The Social Media Coordinator will own the brand’s organic social media presence end-to-end, with primary responsibility for planning, publishing, engagement, and creative execution on Instagram. This role requires strong creative judgment, organization, and ownership, working closely with in-house videographers and the internal team to ensure content aligns with brand identity, campaigns, and product launches.
Build and manage a monthly (30-day) content calendar aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and product launches.
Plan, schedule, and publish 3–4 Instagram feed posts per week, including Reels, static posts, and carousels.
Manage Instagram Stories on non-post days to maintain a consistent daily presence.
Ensure all content is on-brand, visually consistent, and aligned with the overall storytelling strategy.
Collaborate closely with in-house videographers by suggesting content ideas, formats, and themes.
Repurpose existing video and photo assets into high-performing social media content.
Stay current on relevant social trends and apply them in ways that align with the brand’s identity.
Proactively contribute creative ideas beyond predefined instructions.
Manage and respond to Instagram DMs and comments in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
Actively engage with followers to build an authentic and engaged community.
Identify and reach out to influencers, creators, and potential partners for organic collaborations.
Monitor engagement and audience feedback to inform future content planning.
Take full ownership of the brand’s day-to-day social media execution.
Stay organized across posting schedules, content planning, and engagement workflows.
Participate in regular check-ins with the internal team and communicate updates clearly.
2–3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
Proven experience planning and executing Instagram content calendars.
Experience with lifestyle, fitness, apparel, or consumer brands is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of Instagram formats, trends, and best practices.
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Creative, proactive mindset with strong brand and storytelling instincts.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
