Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair Autostore, conveyor systems and related controls (photo eyes, solenoids, beacons, scanners, cameras, VFDs, encoders, etc.)
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and parts replacement on mechanical and pneumatic components
- Supervise and train facilities employees at the distribution center
- Review schematics and HMI reports, diagnose panel indicators and clear faults/jams using lock-out/tag-out procedures
- Coordinate with IT, Distribution Systems Technology, vendors and integrators for support and escalations
- Create and maintain maintenance documentation, preventive maintenance programs and spare parts inventory
- Manage warranty repairs/replacements and maintain system logs and HAZMAT records
- Provide off-hours or on-site support as needed and travel to other sites for training and rollouts
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline OR equivalent hands-on experience with industrial equipment
- Relevant technical certifications a plus (e.g., lift/operator, electrical, PLC)
