Our tech stack is intentionally vanilla and AI-friendly (React, Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL, GitHub Actions for CI/CD), while running infrastructure across AWS, Render, Vercel, V0, and other hosted platforms. Our goal: keep systems simple, secure, and scalable while preparing for multiple security certifications.

The Role
We’re looking for a Security & Infrastructure Engineer to lead the buildout of our cloud governance, InfoSec, and compliance foundations. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time as Introzy scales.
You’ll work directly with leadership to set up the guardrails that let us move fast without compromising security. That means managing cloud infrastructure across AWS and hosted providers, centralizing secrets, tightening access controls, and laying the groundwork for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other security certifications. You’ll also pitch in on engineering work — especially around infrastructure, automation, and deployment pipelines.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll have the chance to define InfoSec culture from the ground up while ensuring Introzy’s systems scale securely.

What You’ll Do
Manage infrastructure across AWS, Render, Vercel, V0, and other cloud platforms.
Establish InfoSec governance policies (role-based access, secrets management, encryption).
Prepare for security certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) with practices + documentation.
Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
Contribute to engineering work around infrastructure, automation, and multi-environment setup.
Use AI tools to automate compliance, monitoring, and testing tasks.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience with cloud infrastructure and hosted platforms (AWS, Render, Vercel, V0, or equivalents).
Deep understanding of InfoSec best practices and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with IAM, secrets management, monitoring, and logging.
Comfort working in early-stage, fast-moving environments.
Ability to take on engineering tasks (automation, CI/CD, backend infra) alongside security.
Bonus: direct experience guiding companies through SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
