As the Slack Innovation Product Lead, you will play a key role in the Customer zero narrative, You will lead our Strategic Slack initiatives across Lead to Cash domains focusing on both quick win and long term innovation leveraging Slack, Sales cloud and agents.
Collaborating with stakeholders across product, IT, domains and business stakeholders, you will translate sales processes into Slack first and agent first solutions. Your responsibilities include product assessment, fit gap analyses, solution creation, ideation and supporting the release and adoption processes.
This strategic position is essential for delivering cohesive, value-driven Slack solutions that empower our sales organization and drive business growth.
