Oversee client investment, income, and tax strategies, utilizing Root’s proprietary processes to meet all necessary needs and actions
You’ll be the dedicated advisor for many of Root’s long-standing clients. These are the families who helped build Root in our early years and who may not meet today’s investment minimums, but deeply value Root’s ongoing partnership.
Your #1 priority is to continue deepening the experience for these clients and ensure they receive the full value of Root’s evolving capabilities.
You’ll inherit a meaningful number of existing relationships right away, no business development or prospecting required.
You’ll act as a bridge between Root’s early client community and our next chapter of growth, helping refine systems for serving clients below our current $1M minimum.
Once you’ve fully established a relationship with these clients, you’ll begin taking on new Root-generated clients through our existing inbound digital funnel.
You’ll work closely with other advisors and support teams to ensure consistent planning, investment, and communication standards across all client segments.
