Program Overview

10-Week Immersive Program (Advisory, Product, Strategy, Forward-Deployed Banking)

The Strategic Opportunities (“Strat Opps”) Summer Internship is a 10-week, project-based immersive experience for top finance professionals who want to help define how generative AI is deployed across the world’s leading investment banks, private equity firms, and investment institutions.

Strat Opps participants operate as forward-deployed bankers/investors, staffed on high-impact projects across Rogo’s most strategic enterprise customers and internal initiatives. You will work directly with senior executives, investment bankers, investors, and internal product and GTM teams to design, deploy, and scale AI-powered workflows that materially change how finance operates.

The program is project-based, allowing interns to take real ownership over client engagements, internal initiatives, and product-adjacent work based on business needs and individual strengths.

The program combines:

• Real enterprise ownership and client-facing responsibility

• Deep exposure to AI systems in live production environments

• Cross-functional work spanning Advisory, Product, GTM, and Strategy
  

What You’ll Work On

Advisory & Enterprise Engagement (Core Focus)

Interns are embedded with Rogo’s Advisory function and staffed on enterprise engagements to:

• Work directly with investment banks, PE firms, and investment teams

• Serve as the voice of the customer internally across Product and GTM

• Translate real financial workflows into product, deployment, and roadmap decisions

• Support enterprise deployments, expansions, and ongoing adoption

Go-To-Market & Commercial Strategy

Through project-based staffing, interns may also support:

• Active enterprise deals, including pricing, packaging, and commercial structuring

• Customer rollout and deployment strategies

• Analysis of adoption, usage, and retention metrics to inform expansion and renewals

• Development of internal playbooks, enablement materials, and customer-facing content

Product & Platform Exposure

Interns will partner closely with Product to:

• Scope and support feature development or enterprise integrations

• Support live deployments and strategic customer initiatives

• Analyze usage, performance, and feedback to inform product decisions

• Gain hands-on exposure to how enterprise AI products are built and scaled

Final Project

The program culminates in a final strategic project, where interns pitch a high-impact initiative to Rogo’s leadership team based on insights gained over the summer. This may span product strategy, customer expansion, new verticals, or internal operating improvements.

• 4+ years of top-tier front-office finance experience (IB, PE, investing, or equivalent)
