RockCreek Seafood & Spirits in Seattle is looking for a motivated and dynamic General Manager to join our team. We are seeking an experienced manager who can get the best from their employees through respect, kindness, direct communication, and accountability. The General Manager's responsibilities include ensuring efficient restaurant operation while maintaining cost controls, quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards. Our ideal candidate would have experience managing a high-volume restaurant and have a genuine passion for hospitality.
Salary Range and Benefits
- Salary is $90,000 - $100,000 DOE.
- Quarterly Bonus plan.
- PTO awarded after three months, as well as the first of every year.
- Sick pay is awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours worked. All PSSL is accrued and available for use in accordance with Washington State and local laws.
- Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and the 4th of July (or observed).
- Medical, Dental, and Vision plan election after administration period (two - three months).
