AI & Intelligent Automation - Senior Manager

Roboyo is a global leader in Agentic Automation, embedding autonomous, AI-powered agents into enterprise workflows to drive measurable value. We are seeking a Senior Manager for AI & Intelligent Automation to lead and grow the Financial Services practice in North America, combining consulting acumen, business development, delivery leadership, and deep technical knowledge of AI and intelligent automation.

Skills

  • Strong consulting and solutioning skills for enterprise clients.
  • Proven business development and complex deal-closing experience.
  • Deep domain knowledge in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management).
  • Technical expertise in AI, RPA/IPA, process mining, and data analytics platforms.
  • Executive-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead growth and strategy for the Financial Services practice across North America.
  • Build and manage a multi-geography team of consultants and engineers (USA / Mexico / Canada).
  • Drive GTM strategies with key technology partners (UiPath, Microsoft, Celonis, Appian).
  • Develop and manage long-term executive relationships and strategic account expansion.
  • Lead consulting engagements to assess processes, identify AI & automation opportunities, and recommend ROI-driven solutions.
  • Oversee delivery of large, complex AI-driven transformation programs and operating model design.
  • Translate data and technical findings into strategic recommendations for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop consulting talent while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Education

  • MBA, MSc, or other advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (preferred/required).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (common baseline).
