Skills
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with backend or infrastructure focus
- Proficiency in Python and/or Go
- Experience with agentic AI tooling, data pipelines, or cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with security systems, anomaly detection, or fraud prevention (preferred)
- Strong collaboration, communication, and bias-for-action mindset
- Experience improving observability and production monitoring for critical workflows
Responsibilities
- Contribute to AI application roadmap for security use cases and product decisions
- Build and scale agentic platforms to support real-time security automation and decisioning
- Design and implement systems for experimentation, training, and deployment of security-aware knowledge bases
- Partner with security engineers and researchers to productionize insights and models
- Improve observability, monitoring, and alerting for AI-driven security workflows
- Maintain code quality and promote engineering best practices across the team
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant field is a plus but not required
