Skills
- Proven experience building and launching complex platform or infrastructure products
- Deep domain knowledge of custody, clearing, trading, or advisor technology
- Strong technical acumen to collaborate on system design and scalability with engineers
- Experience delivering products in regulated, multi-stakeholder environments
- Data-driven decision making and ability to define and track success metrics
- Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Define vision and roadmap for the RIA custody platform and prioritize features based on advisor feedback and data
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Operations to deliver end-to-end custody, clearing, and advisor tooling
- Lead integration efforts following the TradePMR acquisition to align systems and experiences
- Embed regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements into product design and workflows
- Drive go-to-market execution, advisor onboarding, support readiness, and cross-functional communication
- Establish and track metrics for adoption, engagement, and operational performance to guide roadmap decisions
- Monitor industry trends in wealth management, custody technology, and fintech infrastructure to inform strategy
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred but not required
